cheesy creamy yummy (not healthy) strawberry tart!!!

arini tolong cik ain n cik auli bkak kilang egg tart

rase nak patah tangan uli pastry die(exaggerate!)
wat smpai 6 dough so leh agak la bnyak mana kan
tetibe ain ajak buat this cheesy creamy yummy(even tho not that healthy, haha) strawberry tart
siyes sedap
the pastry pun simple tp just nice rase die
and the filling even tho just pakai campak je sbb nak abiskan extra ingredients lebihan buat brownies the other day and surprisingly it turned out very3 well!

Cheesy Creamy Yummy Strawberry Tart
pastry:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 pinch salt
10 tablespoons butter, diced
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons cold water

filling:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream
150g cream cheese
4 tablespoons sugar
lemon juice
fresh strawberries(diced and wedged)
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
5 tablespoons hot water

how to(pastry):
dalam mangkuk besar, letak flour, salt, then butter. mix it all using a fork(or watever tp jgn guna tangan nnt butter tu lembik) then add up the confectioners sugar. bila the mixture dah crumble, kocokkan telur dgn cold water tersebut then mix it up with the rest of the ingredients. uli smpai die jadi one whole dough. warp dgn plastic wrapper, then simpan dlm fridge for 30 mins

how to(filling)
campak everything dalam one mangkuk and then whisk smpai smooth then masukkan strawberry yg diced tu. the strawberry jam, cairkan with 5 tablespoons hot water then let it cool down...

how to(whole tart):
bila pastry tu da 30 mins dalam fridge tu, kuar kan, buat small balls, then penyek2kan dalam tart tray. bakar for 20 mins(or less) dgn suhu 200 degree. bila da kelihatan brown skit, keluarkan and let it cool down first. then, spoon in the filling, hias dgn the wedged strawberry and akhir skali, spoon a little bit of the strawberry jam onto the wedged strawberry.. time ni the filling will be agak cair, but dont worry sbb die mmg mcm tu. put the whole batch of the tarts in the fridge and let them rest for the whole 4hours. the filling akn jd keras nnt... boleh la di serve.. yummy!

.::. nama i kasik snirik sbb ni resepi main campak ape yg ade tak follow exactly resepi yg carik kat the net.. cool kan nama yg i kasik? ngee~
